What to Expect From Our Roofing Process
All Angles Covered implements a streamlined process to repair your property safely and with the highest standards and quality.
Initial Communication
An expert All Angles Covered Project Manager will meet with you to determine the scope of your project and discuss your needs and municipality code requirements. After meeting, we will provide solutions with options and costs depending on needs. If insurance follow-up is required, we will gladly work with your representative/adjuster as required to ensure all items needed for repairs or roof replacement are included in your claim.
Scheduling & Permits
Your project manager will coordinate an agreeable material delivery and install schedule. In most cases, materials will be delivered directly on your roof. A permit will be secured prior to starting the project and required inspections will be scheduled by All Angles Covered.
Re-Roofing Process
During the roof replacement process please remove cars from your driveway/garage early in the morning on the scheduled install day. Typically, we will park our truck in your driveway and load the truck directly as we remove existing roofing components. If guttering is to be replaced, existing guttering will be removed and replaced after the roof is completed.
Installation Day: People, Pets & Valuables
Re-roofing can be an extremely noisy process that disturbs you and frightens your pet. You may want to kennel or find a safe place for your pets during the process. We also ask that you take proper precautions securing belongings that could be shifted, such as mirrors, wall hangings and shelved items. Cover and seal attic door access and if you store items in your attic, consider covering them as there is likely to be roofing debris. This also applies to your garage. Additionally, close any windows for the day.
Landscape Preservation
Protecting your home and its surroundings is a priority. All Angles Covered crews come prepared with tarps to cover plants, flowers and other landscaping that may be vulnerable to construction debris.
What If It Rains?
Our professional crews are trained to tear off only what can be decked, felted and shingled in a day. When a crew is done for the evening, your roof will be dried-in to provide a safe, water-tight transition in case inclement weather occurs.
Jobsite Maintenance
Our professional crews continuously clean up throughout the day. At the end of each workday, we conduct a thorough walk of the premises to remove any debris. Our final cleanup includes blowing or sweeping your new roof, flushing gutters of debris and using a high-powered magnet to pick up any loose nails.
